In our time it is hard to get away from celebs, athletes or just the average Joe talking about politics or religion.  Social media such as Youtube has really put a cramp on “just having fun” conversations.

Finding anything to chat about that is not controversial is not easy.

Well, if you are looking for a speaker in Manatee County who is not a celebrities, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I would love sharing my collecting experience with the invitees at your next Manatee County conference or occasion.

I am elated to bring a fun and engaging Winnie the Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Winnie the Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie-the-Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I love doing more than share tales of my collecting escapades so if you need 45 minutes or 4 hours filled – I am much like a gas and can fill any time frame you need.

A little background:

I am flattered to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record several times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed to over 27,000.  Who knew there were so many items.

I very much enjoy collecting Pooh “items”.   Many Manatee County individuals think of stuffed animals, figurines or books when they envision the memorabilia.  The collection, however, takes into account so much more: tea pots, necklaces, sweaters, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests people most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many amazing “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would appreciate meeting your amazing people in Manatee County.
